1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Bulk URL Checker, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Bulk URL Checker is a cloud-based service that allows you to:

  • Check HTTP status codes for large batches of URLs
  • Monitor URL health over time with scheduled checks
  • Access comprehensive reports with status codes, redirects, and response times
  • Manage URL checking through a web-based dashboard
  • Export results in CSV or JSON format

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Provide accurate and complete registration information
  • Maintain the security of your account credentials
  • Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
  • Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

  • Use the service to check URLs you don't have permission to access
  • Attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt our infrastructure
  • Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent activity
  • Share your account credentials with others
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
  • Resell or redistribute our service without permission
  • Use the service to violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights

5. Credit Packages and Pricing

Credit Packages: Our service uses a pay-as-you-go credit system. 1 credit = 1 URL check. Available packages:

  • Free: 300 URL checks - $0 (included with every new account)
  • 10,000 URL checks - $9.99 (one-time purchase)
  • 30,000 URL checks - $23.99 (one-time purchase)
  • 75,000 URL checks - $49.99 (one-time purchase)

All prices are in USD. Credits never expire. Payment processing is handled securely through Stripe.

6. Credit Purchases

One-Time Purchases: Credit packages are one-time purchases, not subscriptions. There are no recurring charges.

  • Credits are added to your account immediately upon successful payment
  • Credits never expire and remain in your account until used
  • You may purchase additional credit packages at any time
  • Credits from multiple purchases are cumulative

7. Refunds

No Refunds: All credit purchases are final. We do not provide refunds for purchased or unused credits. Every new account receives 300 free credits to try the service before purchasing.

8. Usage Limits and Fair Use

Your account balance determines how many URL checks you can perform:

  • 1 credit = 1 URL check
  • You cannot perform checks without sufficient credits
  • Credits are deducted when a URL check batch is submitted
  • Credits do not expire

If you need more credits, you can purchase additional credit packages at any time.

9. Data Retention

Report data is retained for 30 days across all plans. After the retention period, data is automatically deleted. You can export your data at any time before deletion.

10. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

  • Scheduled maintenance or updates
  • Service interruptions beyond our control
  • Third-party infrastructure failures
  • Network connectivity issues

11. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Bulk URL Checker are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

  • We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind
  • We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
  • Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
  • We are not responsible for the accuracy of URL check results or decisions you make based on them

13. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

14. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

  • Violate these Terms of Service
  • Engage in payment fraud or abuse
  • Use the service in a way that harms us or other users
  • Engage in fraudulent activity

Upon termination, you lose access to your data. We recommend exporting important data regularly.

15. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

16. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
