1. Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using Bulk URL Checker, you agree to these Terms of Service, our Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree, you may not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Bulk URL Checker is a cloud-based service that allows you to:

• Check HTTP status codes for large batches of URLs
• Monitor URL health over time with scheduled checks
• Access comprehensive reports with status codes, redirects, and response times
• Manage URL checking through a web-based dashboard
• Export results in CSV or JSON format

3. Account Registration

To use our service, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old
• Provide accurate and complete registration information
• Maintain the security of your account credentials
• Notify us immediately of any unauthorized access
• Be responsible for all activities under your account

4. Beta Program

During the beta period:

• The service is provided "as is" and may contain bugs or limitations
• Beta users receive the first month free with full feature access
• We may modify features, pricing, or terms with reasonable notice
• Beta users who provide feedback may receive continued benefits

5. Acceptable Use

You agree to use our service only for lawful purposes. You may NOT:

• Use the service to check URLs you don't have permission to access
• Attempt to overload, hack, or disrupt our infrastructure
• Use the service for any illegal or fraudulent activity
• Share your account credentials with others
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract our source code
• Resell or redistribute our service without permission
• Use the service to violate others' privacy or intellectual property rights

6. Subscription and Payment

Pricing: Our service is offered through monthly subscriptions:

• Starter: $49/month for 50,000 URL checks
• Professional: $99/month for 150,000 URL checks
• Enterprise: $199/month for 500,000 URL checks

Billing: Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance. You authorize us to charge your payment method automatically. If payment fails, we may suspend your service until payment is received.

Cancellation: You may cancel your subscription at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your current billing period. No refunds are provided for partial months.

7. Usage Limits

Your plan includes a specific number of URL checks per month. If you exceed your limit:

• Additional checks may be temporarily restricted
• You may upgrade to a higher plan at any time
• Unused checks do not roll over to the next month

8. Data Retention

Report data is retained according to your plan:

• Starter: 14 days
• Professional: 30 days
• Enterprise: 90 days

After the retention period, data is automatically deleted. You can export your data at any time before deletion.

9. Service Availability

We strive for high availability but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service. We are not liable for:

• Scheduled maintenance or updates
• Service interruptions beyond our control
• Third-party infrastructure failures
• Network connectivity issues

10. Intellectual Property

All content, features, and functionality of Bulk URL Checker are owned by us and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

• We provide the service "as is" without warranties of any kind
• We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months
• We are not responsible for the accuracy of URL check results or decisions you make based on them

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the service, violation of these terms, or infringement of any rights.

13. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you:

• Violate these Terms of Service
• Fail to pay subscription fees
• Use the service in a way that harms us or other users
• Engage in fraudulent activity

Upon termination, you lose access to your data. We recommend exporting important data regularly.

14. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service at any time. We will notify you of significant changes via email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction where our company is registered, without regard to conflict of law principles.
